Embodied Self Care : Flow & Restore Class (virtual)

This is how we start 2021: embodied, trauma-informed, nervous-system-responsive self care, community, and mindfulness practice. Flow and restore style class, plus some extra self-study, nourishment, and intention.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Each session will incorporate different self-awareness themes, mindful movement flows, restorative stillness, self-reflective meditation, and community connection. It’s a way of showing up for yourself, so you can show up for the world.

PROPS: Please include 2 tennis balls or Yoga Tune-Up Balls (to approximate massage/bodywork), along with your regular yoga props (blocks, blankets, pillows/bolsters).

LOGISTICS: Online via Zoom, 5 Sundays in January, 2-3:30pm Eastern, or at your own pace via recording (each recorded session is available for 1 week). Priority registration is offered to those enrolling in all 5 classes. If space allows, drop-in registration options will be offered.

  • Befriend and strengthen your nervous system’s healing and rest response

  • Strengthen your intuition and ability to get guidance from within

  • Create self-designed homework to take your yoga beyond the mat and into your life
